Key assumption
In education we need teachers to be open-minded and high performing .
Teachers are obligated to cause - successful learning, greater interest and greater confidence- as teachers we need to cause the intersection of these.
This is the true measure.
Any innovation in education should be measured against this criteria.
The innovation needs to flow through the achievement, interest and greater confidence connecting with all three.
Innovation should lead to more effective teaching time that leads to greater achievement, reduces misalignment, reduces disengagement, and increases success. Misalignment relates to are the students engaged in effective learning or are they colouring in boarders, making headings drawing pictures.
Is in learning that matters.

Monitor achievement using rubrics or clarifying questions, ask the students to respond. Can be done live and in real time using mobile devices.
